He specialises in providing legal services to business entities, including public companies.
He works on comprehensive services for business projects and companies, also in the field of day-to-day legal services pertinent to the operations of companies within the capital markets. He cooperates in the introduction of shares to trading on the NewConnect market, serving clients at every stage of the process, including representing them before the Stock Exchange or the National Depository for Securities.
He has extensive experience in the creation of corporate governance in large business entities, including the review and drafting of articles of association and incorporation deeds, and also other internal corporate documents.
Apart from that, he draws up contracts, legal opinions and pleadings in the field of commercial and civil law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. He is currently pursuing his legal training at the Regional Association of Attorneys at Law in Katowice.
He is fluent in English.
He has been with the firm since 2019.
