She has been gaining her professional experience since her 3rd year at law firms in Silesia, specialising in family and criminal law.
Associated with Żyglicka i Wspólnicy since 2022. Co-founder of the firm’s Medical Law Department.
On a day-to-day basis, she provides legal assistance to patients in respecting patient rights and pursuing compensation claims for medical errors.
At the same time, she deals with issues of medical staff liability for medical malpractice, particularly in terms of criminal and professional liability.
She represents clients both before judicial authorities, common courts and in claims handling proceedings before the insurer and proceedings before provincial commissions for adjudication of medical events.
Moreover, she provides comprehensive legal services to entities in the private medical sector and the beauty industry.
Education:
- Third-year legal trainee at the District Bar Council in Katowice.
- Certified out-of-court mediator in civil, family and business matters.
- She graduated in 2019 from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. She defended her master’s thesis: “The Advocate’s Own Investigation” under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Forensic Science at the University of Silesia – Professor Tadeusz Widła , PhD.
- Graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
