Another win in the case concerning so called Franc loans
Our law firm has another success in the case concerning so called Franc loans!
This time, based on another appeal, the regional court declared that our client’s credit facility agreements indexed to and denominated in CHF were invalid and adjudged over one million zloty in PLN and CHF in total!
The court agreed with all of our legal arguments, including those concerning, among others: the existence of abusive clauses in the agreements, the lack of a correctly defined currency of the loan, the failure to fulfil information obligations properly, and the lack of a correct amount of credit instalments subject to repayment.
Our law firm has already had a series of favourable judgements for our clients. We maintain our 100% efficiency!!!
