9th European Congress of Small and Medium Enterprises ahead of us

The 9th European Congress of Small and Medium Enterprises starts this Wednesday, on the 16th of October. On the second day of the Congress, feel free to actively participate in the panel entitled Prawo karne w biznesie [Criminal Law in Business] held by attorney Beata Bieniek-Wiera. The organisers prepared a practical “compendium of knowledge” with great care to present the essence, criminal mechanisms and legal problems in the broadly understood economic crime.

The panel entitled Spory korporacyjne – firma w kryzysie [Corporate Disputes – a company in crisis] will be hosted by broadly understood participants of corporate disputes. Our Law Firm will be represented by Leszek Paterek, attorney at law, and Janusz Zieliński, managing partner at our Law Firm. 

Izabella Żyglicka, Attorney-at-law, will act as the moderator of both panels of the block entitled Państwo i Prawo [State and Law].
