We participate in the Young Leaders Development Programme of Ally Law
On 6 July 2020, the Young Leaders Development Programme starts, organised by the international Ally Law association, of which (as the only law firm in Poland) we are privileged to be a member.
On its 30th anniversary, Ally Law is committed to growing across borders and investing in the future by identifying, engaging and supporting talented junior lawyers who have the opportunity to become delegates and leaders of the Ally Law association in the coming years. To this end, the association initiated the Young Leaders Development Programme, which aims to initiate business networking among junior lawyers through logical, neuroscientific and technology-assisted progress.
The programme includes interactive online workshops conducted by Stephanie Wachman, an internationally renowned business development consultant, and individual coaching sessions. The programme focuses on several key issues, such as building business relations, personal business development, methods of communication in business, effective time management, and good practices in international cooperation.
The programme will be carried out from 6 July to 27 October 2020.
We are pleased to announce that this year’s edition of the Young Leaders Development Programme will be attended by a member of our Law Firm’s team – Kamila Spalińska, trainee attorney-at-law.
