We are pleased to announce that we have become the Authorised Advisor to OPTIMA MEDYCYNA S.A.

Optima Medycyna SA is the leading company in outpatient healthcare services in the region of Opole. The company has outpatient clinics in such cities as Opole, Nysa and Prudnik (two centres). Optima Medycyna was recognised in the twelfth edition of the ranking of the most dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises, receiving the “Business Gazelle” title awarded by the “Puls Biznesu” daily for dynamic development.

Our tasks as the Authorised Advisor will include proper preparation of the corporate documentation – the resolutions necessary for the issuance of shares, the rules of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders, assistance in the preparation and verification of the Securities Note for external investors according to the guidelines and requirements of the Alternative Trading System Rules and then the Information Document and the private placement report, preparation of agreements on the Company’s shares acquisition, introduction of shares to trading on NewConnect, representation of the Company before the National Depository of Securities, the Stock Exchange and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

The Company plans to make a debut on NewConnect market in 2015.
