This is our 10th Alternative Investment Company Manager
On 27 September 2019, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority entered JR HOLDING Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Kraków into the register of Alternative Investment Company Managers (ZASI).
It was the tenth administrative proceedings for entry into the ZASI register conducted by our Law Firm. This is a good opportunity for us to summarise our activities in this sector:
- Out of 142 Alternative Investment Company Managers in Poland, 10 were represented by Żyglicka and Partners, which accounts for 7% of the total.
- Among those 10 Alternative Investment Company Managers:
a) there were 7 internal and 3 external managers;
b) there were 4 Bridge Alpha funds;
c) out of 7 internal managers, 3 managers represented public companies;
d) out of 3 external managers, 2 managers represented limited partnerships and 1 manager represented a limited joint-stock partnership.
Currently, we observe a growing interest in alternative investment companies on the market, on the part of both managers and investors.
