The publication is devoted to the changes introduced, by the Act of 19 July 2019 on the amendment of certain acts in order to reduce payment delays, to the Act on payment dates in commercial transactions, which as of 1 January 2020 will be entitled the Act on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions.
Additionally, the publication discusses the changes introduced to the code of civil procedure and tax acts.
