Our partner was a panellist at the European Economic Congress
On 14 May 2019, as part of the European Economic Congress, our partner, counsel Beata Bieniek-Wiera, was a panellist in a debate with Paweł Jaroszek, the Vice-President of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). Paweł Wojciechowski, the main economist of ZUS, moderated the discussion. The subject of the meeting was legal changes concerning automation, including in particular liability for damages caused by artificial intelligence and the model of social insurance system in the era of unprecedented changes in the labour market.
