Our law firm provided advice to Kvarko ASI sp. z o.o. fund on the investment in Hotel Application sp. z o.o. that implements a project called: “B2B platform supporting event space management in the hotel sector (HotelApp)”. The total value of funds acquired by Hotel Application sp. z o.o. is PLN 1.2 million.

The fund was represented by partner to the firm, legal counsel Jarosław Rudy.

The aim of the project is to develop an AI-based tool that will not only streamline the process of event communication management at hotels but also offer completely new business opportunities such as commercialisation of attractive space inside the application, new marketing channels and extension of the guest base. From the hotel’s perspective, smart solutions will decrease the costs of maintenance and marketing and will significantly improve the process of arranging conferences and other event.
