Our Law Firm has become an Authorised Advisor to Florida Investment S.A.

Kancelaria Żyglicka i Wspólnicy will provide services of an Authorised Advisor for Florida Investment S.A. (former Clean Technologies S.A.). Florida Investment S.A. handles investments in residential real estate in the Florida State in the USA.

The investments are made via a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) which is fully owned and managed by Florida Investments.

The investment services include:

• search for attractive real estate (ongoing secondary market review, participation in real estate auctions);
• purchase of real estate: negotiations, technical and legal inspections;
• closure of transactions;
• renovation and modernisation of real estate;
• sale or rental of real estate.

As the Authorised Advisor, we will provide assistance in the preparation and verification of a Simplified Investment Document in accordance with guidelines and requirements of the Alternative Trading System, introduce shares to NewConnect, represent the Company before the National Securities Depository, the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and support the Company in the correct fulfilment of its information duties connected with its presence in the alternative market (NewConnect).
