Our Law Firm has advised Kvarko sp. z o.o. on its investment in Farm Innovations sp. z o.o., which carries out the project entitled “Innovative Stado.pl system with a microchip SAiND unit supporting the work of milk cattle farmers”. Total funds acquired by Farm Innovations sp. z o.o. amounted to PLN 2.958 million.
The fund was represented by Jarosław Rudy, Partner and Advisor at our Law Firm.
The purpose of the “Innovative Stado.pl system with a microchip unit SAiND supporting the work of milk cattle farmers” project carried out by Farm Innovations sp. z o.o. is to develop an innovative system supporting the work of milk cattle farmers. The system will control milk production and animal breeding. It is based on the SAiND microchip technology (SAiND = Data Analysis and Control System), which includes the development of software combined with a subcutaneous implant and a transmitter on the animal’s neck. This technology will allow for fast and remote cattle identification in the building and precise measurement of living parameters to signal present or future changes in health. The project will be supplemented with mobile milk analysis centres, which means that will comprehensively respond to the farmers’ needs.
