Our Law Firm has advised the Kvarko fund on its investment in DSA sp. z o.o., which carried out the project entitled “Digital Sales Agent”. Total funds acquired by DSA sp. z o.o. amounted to PLN 1.3 million.

The fund was represented by Jarosław Rudy, Partner and Advisor at our Law Firm.

The purpose of the Digital Sales Agent (DSA) Project was to implement a digital platform that would support and optimise direct sale in so called new media on the basis of original methods and algorithms. The DSA platform will be addressed to business customers mainly in the telecommunications and financial sectors, including in particular large corporations being leaders in their operating areas. The DSA platform will enable, among others, to segment Internet user’s behaviour in such a way so that a commercial offer they receive is adjusted to their needs and capacities to the greatest possible extent. The DSA platform will enable customers to optimise and substantially increase the sales of their products in the B2C channel.
