Our Law Firm became an Authorised Advisor of Indos S.A.
In December 2014, our Law Firm signed an agreement concerning the provision of Authorised Advisor’s services in the NewConnect market for Indos S.A. with its registered office in Chorzów.
Indos S.A. has been operating in the market of financial services connected with debt trading for 24 years. The company has the longest tradition among Polish companies offering financial products used to improve financial liquidity. It employs 50 specialists in law, financial analysis, economics, and business intelligence.
The Issuer’s core activity comprises of: factoring, debt purchase, debt collection on commission, and payment monitoring. In 2012, INDOS S.A.’s corporate bonds were quoted in the CATALYST market for the first time. The issue amounted to PLN 8,000,000.
As the Authorised Dealer, we will be responsible for the correct preparation of corporate documentation: resolutions necessary for issues, internal rules and regulations of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, General Meeting of Shareholders. We will help to prepare and verify an Offering Document for third party investors in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the Alternative Trading System rules, and then an Information Document and a report on private offering. We will prepare agreements concerning the purchase of the Company’s shares. We will take the shares public in NewConnect and represent the Company before the National Depository of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych), Warsaw Stock Exchange, Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego).
