Our Law Firm advised Kvarko ASI sp. z o.o. on investments in MAGICVR.CO sp. z o.o., which carries out the project entitled “The system of education and training on road behaviour in the virtual reality”.

Total funds acquired by MAGICVR.CO sp. z o.o. amounted to PLN 1 million.

The fund was represented by Jarosław Rudy, Partner at our Law Firm.

The road behaviour simulator will be designed and constructed by the use of a virtual reality technology. It will provide training that none of existing educational forms can offer (real reflection of driving situations in changing weather conditions, scenarios of dangerous situations, etc.) and will ensure the full safety of trainees and the optimisation of training costs.
