Our firm welcomes a new legal counsel

We are pleased to announce that our a trainee attorney Mr Paweł Karasiński has become a legal counsel.

Mr Pawel Karasiński specialises in corporate law and the law of other business entities, mergers or acquisitions, privatisation, due diligence,  construction law as well as in liquidation and composition bankruptcy law.
