Our firm welcomes a new attorney

We are pleased to inform that during a ceremony held on June 26, 2014 one of attorney trainees cooperating with our firm – Michał Bednarczyk, has taken an Attorney’s oath. 

Mr Michał Bednarczyk area of expertise includes corporate law, Capital and financial market law, M & A’s, due diligence, bankruptcy law as well as labor and social security law.

Mr Michał Bednarczyk is also an executive in a company – part of one of largest’ s chains of medical laboratories in Poland.  

We would like to sincerely congratulate Michał on this achievement and wish him the best of luck and all the success in further career.
