Our firm participates in the project of redevelopment and expansion of Silesian Amusement Park in Chorzów
Our Firm takes part in the legal aspect of negotiations between Silesian Park in Chorzów and Slovakian firm Tatry Mountain Resorts a.s. regarding the redevelopment and expansion of Silesian Amusement Park.
Silesian Amusement Park is the oldest and biggest Polish amusement park, first opened in 1959. It is notably located within the Silesian Park on the border of Katowice and Chorzów. Tatry Mountain Resorts a.s. is an owner of aquapark Tatralandia, as well as of the largest ski resort in this part of Europe – Jasna at Chopok, and also it has recently acquired Szczyrk Ski Resort.
Last week both parties have signed a term sheet outlining a framework for further work on the project. Next phase involves preparation of detailed documentation for the whole project.
