Notification to the register of real beneficiaries extended to 13 July 2020
The act on the so-called anti-crisis package extended the deadline for submitting an entry to the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries by three months, i.e. until 13 July 2020.
Commercial law companies must fulfil the obligation related to the disclosure of the so-called real beneficiary, i.e. the person or persons who most often are the owners of the company. The obligation does not apply to public companies and partnerships.
More about registering in the CRBR is available [here].
