New partners at our law firm
We are pleased to announce that on 1 February 2018, two new lawyers joined our firm: solicitor Beata Bieniek-Wiera and legal counsel Paweł Karasiński.
Beata Bieniek-Wiera specialises in criminal business law, penal fiscal law as well as in commercial companies and other economic operators law. She is also a licenced economist and a graduate of doctoral studies at the University of Silesia Faculty of Law and Administration and postgraduate studies in economic crime at the Jagiellonian University. She combines her passion in law with a businesslike approach to our clients’ problems.
Paweł Karasiński specialises in commercial companies and other economic operators law, M&A projects, contract law, restructuring law and bankruptcy law. Thanks to his graduation in Master of Business Administration – International Business Management, he combines deep understanding and long-standing legal experience with in-depth knowledge of economic issues and management processes in innovative enterprises.
