Meeting of the Working Group on liability of collective entities for acts prohibited under penalty

Ms Izabella Żyglicka, the Chairwoman of the Working Group on the liability of collective entities for acts prohibited under penalty at the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, called a Group meeting to be held on 9 September of this year. 

The meeting will start at 1:30 p.m. as a videoconference. At the meeting, the new draft law on the liability of collective entities for prohibited acts prepared by the Ministry of Justice will be discussed.
