Marrakech, October 2015 – our law firm at the regional assembly of International Alliance of Law Firms (IALF)
This year, IALF representatives from the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) met in Africa in the historical city of the Kingdom of Morocco, Marrakech. Our firm was represented by an expert in capital transactions, Partner Jarosław Rudy.
The agenda of the meeting included first and foremost a summary of activities conducted within the pilot project of providing services to global companies, called ALLY – LAW (for more information, visit: http://ally-law.com) as well as further steps related to integration of this project with the entire IALF structure. As a result, it was determined that integration was necessary and the organisation would further strive for a joint legal service of global companies, which means companies operating in many different countries or even continents.
The next regional assembly will be held in Warsaw in 2016. It will be the first IALF meeting in our country in the history of the organisation. Based on preliminary announcements, we should be expecting large numbers of guests not only from the region, but also from remote locations like Australia or the West Coast in the US.
