Managing partner of the Żyglicka i Wspólnicy law firm, Attorney at Law, Jarosław Rudy advised the Platinum Alfa sp. z o.o. fund on its investment in companies: KOLGENI sp. z o.o. and SETI sp. z o.o.
KOLGENI sp. z o.o. is carrying out an R&D project aimed at developing a new, innovative, unique technology for obtaining collagen from various raw material sources such as waste connective tissue raw materials from aquatic animals. The method developed in the ‘Kolgeni’ project to obtain more collagen with unique chemical and physical properties will find wide application in industry, including cosmetics, food, biotechnology, leather, pharmaceutical and medical industries.
SETI sp. z o.o. is carrying out an R&D project to develop a prototype device for the automatic application of cosmetics to the skin and to conduct surveys to confirm its effectiveness.
KOLGENI sp. z o.o. raised total (investment + support) funding of approx. 800,000 PLN.
SETI sp. z o.o. raised total (investment + support) funding of approx. PLN 200,000.
