Ewa Lejman and Jarosław Rudy attorneys-at-law, partners at Żyglicka i Wspólnicy law firm advised ZMB CAPITAL, the owner of Ustronianka, on entering into a preliminary agreement for purchasing 100% shares in Hoop Polska with its current owner – Kofola ČeskoSlovensko.

Under the agreement, Kofola will sell to ZMB Capital 100% of shares in Hoop Polska, a company which is well known on the Polish market as a producer and distributor of Hoop Cola beverages, popular Paola fruit syrups, Arctic+ mineral water and Jupik beverages. Since 2018, Hoop Polska is also a distributor of products of the Nestea brand. ZMB Capital acquires all the operations of Hoop Polska, including the plant and production facilities in Kutno, trademarks for key brands from the company’s portfolio as well as employees and distribution.
