Attorney Marek Wiera nominated for the final of the competition “Rising Stars Lawyers – the leaders of tomorrow 2019”
We are pleased to announce that our attorney Marek Wiera, one out of 35 lawyers in Poland, was nominated to the competition “Rising Stars Lawyers – the leaders of tomorrow 2019”.
Marek Wiera is an associate of the law firm “Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni” Sp. K. Izabella Żyglicka i Wspólnicy, as well as the head of the legal department of the German company EU-Logistik GmbH based in Fuldabrück and its Polish branch. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gminne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o.
Marek Wiera specialises in intellectual property law, IT and transport law. He combines his legal practice with working as an in-house lawyer in IT and transport companies.
He is the author of numerous opinions on the patentability of innovative mining projects and advises the largest Polish mining companies. He coordinated the processes of registration of trademarks and patents of one of the largest companies in the chemical industry in Poland.
He participates in the creation of mobile applications, computer software and websites, advising entrepreneurs at every stage of their creation and introduction to the market.
