Partners of our Law Firm Ewa Lejman and Jarosław Rudy inform that they represented our Client – ELMODIS during the investment process, which ended with gaining $ 4.9 mln from three investors: Intel Capital (USA), SET Ventures based in the Netherlands, and Innovation Nest – VC fund from Krakow. Our team has advised ELMODIS both in the legal and business areas. The raised capital will be used to build sales in foreign markets.
