Diam International set up a bussines in Poland
In fourth quarter of a 2016 our law office has advised in starting business on the polish market Diam International SAS with headquarters in Les Mureaux, France.
Diam International specializes in sales support and product engineering. It is a recognizable, global brand that supports its customers with a wide range of industries, from cosmetics manufacturers to technology companies.
Our law office provided services to Diam International in all fields related to the establishment of a limited liability company, particularly at the conclusion of the company articles of association, its registration and establishing its bodies.
