Women’s Leadership in the Age of AI

The summer meeting of women leaders at Pracodawcy RP, attended by legal advisor Izabella Żyglicka.

It was a great meeting, and Jowita Michalska’s lecture was very inspiring.

The participants emphasized that although AI isn’t truly intelligent, it’s worth learning how to use it as a tool to support people in their daily work, rather than to replace them.

There are still no ready answers to many questions. Knowledge and critical thinking remain the most important factors.

Just as the invention of writing once freed people from having to memorize everything, today it’s important to consciously develop digital competencies and not leave decisions you don’t understand to AI. In the future, micromodels that provide support in specific business situations will be particularly useful.
