Woman! Reality without an ounce of powder

Meeting of unique women.

Izabella Żyglicka, founder of Żyglicka i Wspólnicy was invited to participate in a conference organised by Employers of Poland for women and about women.

The most important problems of women’s everyday life were discussed. Women talked about the labor market situation. A significant problem was noted with regard to women’s activity in this area and the need for proffesional activation. The necessity to introduce labour flexibility, increase the number of places in kindergardens, accessability to health care were highlighted. The discussion also included the issue of women’s retirement age.

This is another project, after book of recommendations (link in the first comment), which focuses on analysing the situation of women in the labour market in Poland.

It is important that we together strive for equal pay conditions, employment and promotions for all.
