The 14th edition of ICLG – Alternative Investment Funds Laws and Regulations 2026 is now available

We are pleased to announce the release of the 14th edition of the ICLG publication—Alternative Investment Funds Laws and Regulations 2026. This year’s edition also includes a chapter dedicated to Poland.
Ewa Lejman, Jarosław Rudy, Maciej Marzec, and Dorota Brzęk have prepared an overview of the current Polish regulatory framework governing alternative investment funds. The overview covers, among other topics:

• the establishment and management of AIFs,
• capital raising and marketing,
• investments,
• regulatory and reporting requirements,
• key tax issues.

In this year’s chapter, we have also placed particular emphasis on the most important trends currently shaping the Polish AIF/ASI market:
