The 13th European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises is over!
As a reminder, this is the largest event for SME companies in Europe, attended by entrepreneurs and experts from all over the world.
On the third day of the event, a panel discussion “Family foundation – what does it involve?” took place. Ewa Lejman-Widz, a partner of the Żyglicka and Partners law firm, was invited to join the panel of experts, and Izabella Żyglicka moderated the discussion.
This new legal form in Polish law has attracted a lot of interest, especially among entrepreneurs, who see the possibility of effectively securing family assets and the continuity of the business when the entrepreneur’s descendants are unwilling or unable to manage it directly.
