Success before the mortgage and land register court!

Leszek Paterek and Dariusz Hura, Partners and Attorneys at Law of Żyglicka i Wspólnicy, effectively proved before the mortgage and land register that there were obstacles to changes in the mortgage of several tens million zloty to the detriment of one of significant capital groups in Poland!

The court reintroduced the mortgage record, which was changed at a request of the opponent in the corporate dispute.

The court shared our opinion that documents containing invalid legal activities because of the absence of an authorisation to represent a participant in the mortgage and land register procedures must not constitute the basis for a record in the register!
