Izabella Żyglicka became member of the Entrepreneurs’ Board with the Advocate for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises!
Adam Abramowicz, Advocate for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, appointed the Entrepreneurs’ Board in which Izabella Żyglicka was invited to participate.
The role of the Board is to support the Advocate by diagnosing the issues of the SME community and discussing them with representatives of Ministries in order to develop best solutions.
At the first meeting of the Board on 10 October 2018, Żyglicka initiated the Team for draft bill on liability of collective entities for prohibited acts, which provoked much controversy. The President of the Adam Smith Centre presented a negative opinion on the solutions proposed in the bill, while Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Justice, Marcin Warchoł, argued that such legal acts apply in other countries and invited everyone to share their views.
The recording of the Board meeting can be found at the Facebook profile of the SME Advocate Office.
