Express CHF loan settlement

After several weeks of negotiations, we have hammered out favorable conditions and concluded a settlement for our Client with one of the banks regarding a pseudo-franc loan!
What is particularly important, the settlement was concluded at the pre-trial stage – hence, our client avoided a long trial, costs and considerable stress, after all.
Our client’s economic benefit is considerable and oscillates around the amount of the loan granted.
Behind the scenes, we have found out that we are the first case in Silesia in which a bank has agreed to sign such a settlement – thus, the success is all the more gratifying as we are paving the way for other cases ❗❗ Żyglicka i Wspólnicy.
