After several weeks of negotiations, we have hammered out favorable conditions and concluded a settlement for our Client with one of the banks regarding a pseudo-franc loan! 

What is particularly important, the settlement was concluded at the pre-trial stage – hence, our client avoided a long trial, costs and considerable stress, after all.
