This year’s Congress, was held under the theme: Finding Energy.
The key challenges faced by family businesses regarding the search for energy to operate and non-conventional power supply were discussed.
New developments and examples of the professionalisation of family business are presented.
Ewa Lejman-Widz, an expert representing the Employers of the Republic of Poland, along with representatives of business, science and local government participated in a debate on the future of family businesses in Poland – Should it be supported or is it enough not to harm? The discussion covered legal and tax arrangements directly related to the development of family businesses.
Of particular interest were the topics related to the new provision of the Family Foundation Act.
The Congress of Family Businesses was an event that provided interesting panel discussions with experts and representatives of family businesses, and inspiring networking meetings that will certainly result in new business projects in the future.
