Debate: franc borrowers vs. banks – will new regulations help borrowers?
On March 20, Media Centrum in Sosnowiec hosted a debate organized by Dziennik Zachodni on the current situation of borrowers with loans in Swiss francs.
The event brought together experts to discuss key issues related to franking credits and planned legislative changes.
Among the invited guests was Leszek Paterek, legal counsel and partner of the Żyglicka i Wspólnicy law firm, a specialist in franking credits.
His experience and knowledge allowed an in-depth analysis of the problem and presentation of possible solutions for borrowers.
