The institution of the Spokesperson for Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs was established in order to protect the interests of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as to improve the quality of the legal environment, in which they operate. The Spokesperson may also request interpretations of regulations and legal clarifications, request the initiation of explanatory or disciplinary proceedings against officials who violate the rules established by the Constitution for Business.
The aim of establishing a field office in Kraków, and in the future also in Białystok, Gdańsk and Poznań, is to ensure efficient and effective fulfilment of tasks entrusted to the SME Spokesperson throughout Poland.
